Akira Aptos opened September 2017 and is located near the heart of a newly remodeled 'downtown' Aptos. Designed by Fuse Architecture, our restaurant reflects hip modern design set in a dimly lit space. The white granite sushi bar paired with the pistachio wood wall installation are guaranteed to put you in awe.

Our menu features the freshest sushi, sashimi and nigiri. Roll combinations will inspire with more than one hundred to choose from or get it custom! For those who prefer a little fire under their fish, chefs in the kitchen prepare our popular salmon teriyaki, hamachi kama and famous Akira poppers!
